Today We taught a few lessons, and I did my first two Baptismal Interviews in Bloemanda (Ayanda and Thando). I also got to meet that Blind guy again, Brother Remme. He is hilarious! When we left we shook his hand and told him that we'll see him on Sunday. He laughed and said "I wont"... get it, cause he's Blind. Funny guy!
FRIDAY THE 13TH, 2018
Well I told you guys about how elder Phillips has been really sick right? well this morning, I woke up with the same problem. So that stinks. I guess that's what I get for taking care of this guy all week! He went to the doctors office During MLC and he has a cold so it'll pass for the both of us soon. However, He wants to stay in and rest more and I'm not a huge fan of that Idea, we havent done much in our area this week, because of MLC, so we have People that we NEED to see!
Our car is still being serviced, because it died Last monday, and its been over a week and a half. We called and they said they Haven't even Looked at it! we're still using Boemfonteins car.
This morning, we did our weekly planning. just like every Friday so far... it went well.

Well we had a few appointments and Elder Phillips and I did two more baptismal Interviews in Bloemfontein. It was for a super nice white family. I interviewed Mike the father and the first question I asked "Do you know why we are doing this interview? You know just to make sure you were being taught and the missionaries werent just playing play station every time they came over" I said sarcastically. Then Mike's Eyes opened up and responded "Oh no no no... Mr Jewkes and Menardin taught us all about Joseph smith and the Book of Mormon! I know from the bottom of my heart that the book of Mormon is true and that He is a prophet. as well as Russel M nelson today! AND IM REPENTING" he responded as fast as he could.... and then we said the prayer. So it was a pretty easy interview. hahaha He was definitely ready.
Sunday April 15th, 2018
Church was rather Discouraging, that makes it 2 weeks in a row without an Investigator at church. However, Brother Mantje came!!! Its his first time back in months! we visit his family every other Monday or so, It was really nice to see him walk in to church with his nice Blue suit! His son Kabello just came back from Dubai, he played for south Africa in a huge soccer competition. Apparently, he made a few goals including two game winners! so they ended up taking second, behind Manchester, so he did really well!
Sorry no pictures this week, I dont trust this computer! haha
