Much Love, Elder Merritt

Tuesday (Exchanges in Bloemfontein)
I was with Elder Jewkes on the Bikes again! so that was exhausting. I think that my worst to sports are Baseball and  Now mountain biking! Im way out of Shape! However, Elder Jewkes is a great Missionary!
highlight and Lowlight of the day
Lowlight: I forgot My rain jacket and it rained... a lot! I was soaked. Absolutely. Head to toe, Soaked. I cut my finger and got a dab of blood on my shirt, but when the rain came, Perfectly clean. That is, until we got on the bikes and rode threw all the mud! hahaha
Highlight: The lessons we had were really nice. You could feel the spirit in each of them:) I really Enjoyed that!

Wednesday
Elder Mots gave us a DDM lesson for about 6 minutes about updating the area book. so we helped him out so that it wasn't so short... that's always awkward when you have a lesson that was planned to last 30 minutes and after about 5 youre all out of information.

Friday
Preparations for Zone conference, the bishops meeting, and logistics for Lesotho missionaries...
We had some good lessons but Im too tired of writing...... good day.
Elder and sister Hicks helped us out, we stopped by and printed off some statistics for the Bloemfontein stake and we organized a slide show.

Saturday
We had the meeting with the all the Bishops in the Stake! We had a powerpoint, a projector, and a ton of graphs and charts. It looked super official. We talked to them about  concerns missionaries have, Ward Council, Missionaries goals, etc.. It was very affective.  Stake president gave us 20 minutes, but he liked our presentation and the discussion we had was nice so President Nyatchoba let us keep goin for like 45 minutes! But we got into a Fist Brawl with Phahamengs Bishop, But instead of fists it was words... He kept arguing that we should visit single sisters without a member present... so we promised the blessings and stuff..
Afterwhich, president invited us to another meeting with the bishops so that we can Follow up on how our missionaries are doing with working with ward and stake leaders:)

Sunday
Today we walked to church with GIBSON!!!! my man, Gibson came to church and it was awesome!!! haha He loved it, and half way threw sacrament guess who showed up... Brenda! It was really cool seeing both of them show up to church:)
